Where do you ship?

We ship to the United States and most of Europe. If your country appears at checkout, we deliver there.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and delivered in 7–12 business days. A few products, like MONAVA Hush, ship from our Asia warehouse and take longer. The estimate is always shown on the product page and at checkout.

Is shipping free?

Yes. Every order ships free, with tracking.

How do I track my order?

You'll get an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. If anything looks wrong, contact us with your order number.

Will I pay import fees?

Taxes are calculated at checkout. Depending on your country, the carrier may collect import duties or fees on delivery. If you're unsure, contact us before you order.

Returns & the 30-day promise

How does the 30-day promise work?

Try your MONAVA tool for up to 30 days after delivery. If it's not for you, contact us and we'll arrange a return and refund the product price. Full details are in our refund policy.

How do I start a return?

Email us or use the contact form with your order number and a few words on why. We reply within 1–2 business days with the return steps.

When will I get my refund?

As soon as your return is approved, we refund your original payment method. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it.

My product arrived damaged or faulty. What now?

Products & safety

Are MONAVA tools safe to use every day?

They're drug-free and designed for short daily sessions. Every product page has its own safety notes. If you're pregnant, use a pacemaker or other implanted device, or have a medical condition, check with your doctor first.

Are these medical devices?

No. MONAVA tools are designed for comfort, relaxation and everyday recovery. They are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any medical condition.

Is there a warranty?

Yes. On top of the 30-day promise, your purchase is covered against defects under the consumer law of your country, including the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity in the EU.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Major credit and debit cards, plus express options like Apple Pay and Google Pay, depending on your device and country. Payments are processed securely by Shopify.

Can I change or cancel my order?
