Terms of service
These terms apply to every order placed on the MONAVA online store. By placing an order, you accept them.
1. Seller
Anthony Bon, entrepreneur individuel (registration in progress), trading as MONAVA. Business address provided on request. Email: mindforge26@gmail.com.
2. Products
We describe each product as accurately as we can. Photos show the product we sell, but colours may vary slightly between screens. MONAVA products are designed for comfort, relaxation and everyday recovery. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any medical condition. Read the safety notes on each product page before use, and ask your doctor first if you are pregnant, use a pacemaker or other implanted device, or have a medical condition.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in your local currency. Taxes are calculated at checkout. Shipping is free. You pay the price shown when you place your order. If a price is clearly wrong because of an error, we’ll contact you before shipping and you may cancel for a full refund.
4. Orders
The contract is formed when we send your order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock or a payment appears fraudulent. In that case you are refunded in full.
5. Payment
Payment is taken when you order, through Shopify’s secure checkout. We never see your full card details.
6. Delivery
Delivery times and conditions are set out in our shipping policy. The risk of loss passes to you when you, or a person you name, receives the parcel.
7. Right of withdrawal (EU and UK consumers)
You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason. Send us a clear statement by email or use the model form below, then return the product in its original packaging within 14 days. We refund the price and the standard delivery cost within 14 days of your withdrawal, using your original payment method, and may wait until we receive the product or proof of shipping. Return costs are paid by you. You may be responsible for any loss in value caused by handling the product beyond what is needed to check it works, or by returning it without its original packaging.
8. 30-day money-back promise
On top of your legal rights, we offer a 30-day money-back promise, set out in our refund policy. It does not reduce your legal rights.
9. Legal guarantees
All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 to L217-20 of the French Consumer Code) for 2 years from delivery, and by the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code). If a product is faulty, contact mindforge26@gmail.com and we’ll repair it, replace it or refund you.
10. Liability
Use each product as described in its instructions and safety notes. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it.
11. Intellectual property
The MONAVA name, logo, texts and images on this store belong to us and may not be used without written permission.
12. Personal data
How we use your data is explained in our privacy policy.
13. Complaints and disputes
Contact us first at mindforge26@gmail.com and we’ll try to resolve the problem quickly. If we can’t agree, you can refer the matter free of charge to a consumer mediator (being designated). These terms are governed by French law. If you live in another country, you keep the protection of its mandatory consumer laws.
14. Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies is the one online when you placed your order.
