Shipping policy

Every MONAVA order ships free, with tracking, to the United States and the European countries available at checkout.

Processing: 1–3 business days.
Delivery: 7–12 business days after dispatch for most products. Products shipped from our Asia warehouse, such as MONAVA Hush, take longer. The estimate is shown on each product page and at checkout.

Tracking
When your order ships, we email you a tracking link. Tracking can take 2–3 business days to show its first update.

Several parcels
Our products ship from partner warehouses in the US and Asia. If you order several products, they may arrive in separate parcels on different days, at no extra cost.

Taxes and import duties
Taxes are calculated at checkout. Depending on your country and the warehouse your order ships from, the carrier may charge import duties or fees on delivery. These are the customer’s responsibility. If you’re unsure, contact us before ordering.

Address changes
Check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours and we’ll correct it before dispatch. We can’t change the address once a parcel has shipped.

Late or missing parcels
If your tracking hasn’t updated for 10 business days, or your parcel hasn’t arrived 20 business days after dispatch, email us your order number. We’ll investigate with the carrier and send a replacement or a full refund.

Damaged on arrival
Email a photo of the product and its packaging within 7 days of delivery. We’ll replace it or refund you at no cost.
