Refund policy

Every MONAVA order comes with a 30-day money-back promise. If a product isn’t right for you, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price.

Conditions
Returns must be in their original packaging, complete with all accessories, manuals and parts, and in clean condition. Please keep your MONAVA box during your 30-day trial.

How to start a return

  1. Email mindforge26@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. We reply within 1–2 business days with the return address and instructions. Please don’t send anything before you receive them: parcels sent without instructions cannot be refunded.
  3. Ship the product back in its original packaging using a tracked service, and keep your tracking number.

Your refund

  • We refund the product price to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return, or of receiving proof that you shipped it, whichever comes first.
  • Return shipping costs are paid by you, unless the product arrived damaged, faulty or different from your order.
  • Your bank may take 5–10 business days to show the refund.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items
Email us your order number and a photo. We’ll send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping. This is in addition to your legal guarantee of conformity, described in our terms of service.

EU and UK customers: right of withdrawal
You have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Our 30-day promise extends this period. To withdraw, email us a clear statement or use the model withdrawal form in our terms of service, then return the product within 14 days. We refund the price and the standard delivery cost you paid within 14 days of your withdrawal. We may wait until we receive the product or proof of shipping. If the product is returned without its original packaging, incomplete or damaged by handling beyond what is needed to check it, we may deduct the loss in value from your refund.

Exchanges
We don’t swap products directly. Return the item for a refund and place a new order.
